    S. Alice MONG is the President of Asia Society Hong Kong Center (ASHK), an independent non-governmental educational organization established in 1990. She served as Executive Director of ASHK for 12 years before becoming its President. Previously, Alice worked in New York for a decade in senior management positions in non-profits such as the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA); the Committee of 100, a Chinese-American membership organization founded by I.M. Pei and Yo-Yo Ma. She began her career at the Ohio Department of Development, and later became Managing Director of Ohio Office of East and Southeast Asia in Hong Kong. She also worked at Hang Lung Development from 1995 to 2002.

    Anne Copeland is passionate about equality and sustainability. With CanCham, she is Co-chair of The Women’s Network, ExCo Director and Sustainable Development (SD) Committee co-founder. She was a Mentor and Advisory Council member with The Women’s Foundation, and a founding member of the HKSAR SD Council's Strategy Sub-committee and the GRI Stakeholder Council.

    For 35 years, she has assisted organisations to adopt sustainability best practices through her own company, Copeland & Partners, and roles with Sedgwick Richardson, Asian Development Bank, International Finance Corporation and HKU. Previously a TEDx speaker, she is a graduate of U of T and McGill.

    His diverse background spans North Africa, Paris, and China, where he honed skills in managing multicultural teams, Global Account Management, and launching new segments.

    With expertise in designing spaces that foster collaboration, creativity, and wellbeing, Ambroise and his team enable people to Learn&Work better and cultivate a love for learning.

    Prior to Steelcase, he managed IT events in Europe and holds a degree in international trade from IPAG Business School, Paris. Ambroise, a father of three, has a strong passion for knowledge and discovery.

She is passionate about mentorship and male allyship on advancement in the workplace. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-US), and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-Canada).

Skilled in managing cross-border disputes, he utilizes innovation and technology for client-centric solutions.

    Michael also provides training and facilitates discussions on management skills, technology, and team dynamics. He has managed multi-jurisdictional investigations and worked with international arbitration teams.

    As a member of the HSF Coaching Faculty, he supports lawyers in their careers, enhances the client experience, and promotes positive business outcomes. With a multicultural background, Michael values cultural awareness and mindfulness in managing diverse global teams.
